SHIPPING

Shipping Worldwide. Typically ship orders the same day or within 2 days if the item is out of stock at that time.

International Priority Shipping: 3-7 business days. If you order 100 USD or more, we offer free express shipping worldwide.

Economy International Shipping: 7-14 business days for Japan, United States, Australia, Canada and most Europe countries. and 15-30 days for other coutries. If you are unsure about the delivery time, contact us [email protected]

    Specially for Brazil, Russia, Argentina, it may take up to 60 days if there is custom clearance delay.


PAYMENT

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

All transactions are encrypted for your safety.


TRACKING

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you an email with the tracking information. If you do not receive the email,  please  make sure check your spam / Junk email box  (Important !) or contact [email protected]

After that you will be able to track your order under My Orders when you log in at My Account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.


RETURN

Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Items must not be damaged.

Custom made products are final and not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations without quality problem. 

We tested each unit before shipping, in case you receive a defective or broken one, please email us at [email protected] with your order number for replacement or refund.


REFUND

We will process your return within 1-2 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You'll receive an email from us when this is complete.
